What guests say first: The space — that's what strikes you first. And it is not just the 60 square metres — it is the light. The large windows facing the park make the room feel even more generous than it already is.
On one side: the living area with chaise longue, swivel chair and desk. On the other: the bedroom with a TRECA box-spring bed. Close the door between them — and each of you has a world of your own. One works at the desk, the other lies in the bathtub. You are together, yet each has their own space. From the balcony you look out over the Florentinerberg, the Neues Schloss and the roof of the Caracalla Therme. In the evening, the view becomes the reason so many returning guests list this suite as their favourite room.
The bathroom is more than a bathroom: Corner bathtub — for lingering, not just for washing. Level-access shower — for a quick morning. Washbasin, large mirror, underfloor heating. And a detail many overlook: the Deluxe Suites have a daylight bathroom — a window in the bathroom that lets in natural light. Particularly in the morning, it makes a difference you will feel.
Good to know: Two Deluxe Suites on the ground floor have a terrace with garden views instead of a balcony. The terrace is not private — a detail we are happy to explain when you book, if you are unsure.
Our insider tip: Ask for Suite 105 — the only Deluxe Suite on the garden level. 70 m², its own green space, walk-in wardrobe, a staircase separating the living and sleeping areas, and windows wherever you look. Instead of a corner bathtub, there is a classic bathtub here — a little different, equally lovely. A house within a house.
And the way to the thermal baths?
The same as from every suite: bathrobe on, lift down, through the underground car park — two minutes to the thermal water.
