…with friends.
Time that answers to no calendar.
A weekend promised months ago. Or planned for years. A mother-daughter trip where you finally have time for each other. There is room for all of it here — being together, sharing a meal, talking for hours. And still, a space of your own.
What you will not find here.
No bar that gets loud in the evening. No wedding party in the next room.
We are not a classic wellness or party hotel — we are a small house with 46 suites. In the evening, you hear the birds in the garden. At breakfast, you can talk without raising your voice.
"Wonderful suites, beautifully furnished — simply feel at home. The breakfast was outstanding."

Which suite suits your weekend
It depends on how close you want to be and how much space each of you needs.
Here are the three suites friends book most often:
Two friends, easy-going —
the Superior Suite Street Side.
50 m², with a living area and bedroom that can be separated. We split the double bed into two singles free of charge — just let us know when you book. Two areas, two rhythms: close the door between living room and bedroom, and each of you has her own space.
When the balcony matters —
the Deluxe Suite Park View.
60 m², with a living area and bedroom that can be separated, balcony or terrace, a view over the treetops towards the Caracalla Therme. The living area opens onto the balcony — a glass of wine outside in the evening, the first coffee in the morning.
When only the best will do —
the Grand Suite Park View.
60 m², two separate areas, two washbasins, and a bathroom accessible from both the living area and the bedroom. Each of you has her own mirror in the morning, her own pace. Our finest category — and one you will not forget.
Travelling as a group of three or four: Two suites side by side — we can usually arrange that. Just get in touch, and we will find the right combination for you.
What makes a weekend here.
From Friday evening to Sunday midday — here is what friends do together: arrive, have breakfast, go to the thermal baths, dine out, wander through Baden-Baden.
If there is a special occasion —
just drop us a line
A milestone birthday. A reunion long overdue. A mother-daughter trip you have been promising yourselves for years. Or simply: finally together again.
If you tell us when booking what the occasion is, we prepare everything before you arrive. A bouquet in the suite, a bottle of Prosecco on ice, a set breakfast table on the morning of the birthday.
Our insider tip:
the walk to Café Lumen
When friends ask us what they really should do in Baden-Baden, we almost always recommend the same route.
Straight through the old town, then the full length of the Lichtentaler Allee. Old plane trees, plenty of shade, a little gravel underfoot. Villas on the left, the Oos on the right, an ice cream from a stand in summer.
At the end, Kloster Lichtenthal with Café Lumen in the courtyard — the nuns bake the cakes themselves. Inside it is quiet, outside a fountain trickles. Sometimes there is a guided tour of the convent, sometimes a tasting day for the convent's own products.
On Fridays and Tuesdays, the weekly market takes place on the same square — the perfect stop on the way back. Two kilometres each way. Return on foot or by bus, which runs every ten minutes.
Most guests come back and say the same thing: that was all we needed.
We are here for you.
Every weekend is different. Every group, too.
Tell us who is coming and what matters — we will find the right arrangement for you.
