the Panoramaweg.
The Panoramaweg links nature and town across 45 km in four daily stages. The starting point is right at Aqua Aurelia.
From here, the trail leads through villas and parkland, past castles, thermal baths, Roman ruins, the museum mile, churches and monasteries. In between: rock formations, mountain peaks and views across the Black Forest and the Rhine plain.
Every entry point along the four stages is connected to public transport — you can start and stop wherever you like. At reception, you can pick up a map with all the stages, highlights and bus connections.
If you don't want to walk all four stages, individual sections are worth doing too. Ask us which route fits your time and fitness.
